In these roles, he worked on forward-looking strategies and sustainable business practices, helping to guide the companies toward a more innovative and responsible future. His thoughtful approach continues to influence positive change across industries.
Kana Iikura

She provided sustainability advisory services at KPMG AZSA Sustainability, where she supported leading Japanese companies in manufacturing, finance, and infrastructure by identifying materiality and KPIs, developing sustainability policies, enhancing information disclosure, and improving ESG external evaluations. Subsequently, she led the formulation and execution of ESG strategies, including a decarbonization roadmap, at a U.S. industrial real estate company. She was involved in a wide range of practical activities, from operating the ESG committee to engaging in dialogues with investors and implementing social contribution programs. In 2024, she was appointed COO of Green Impact Labs, Inc.

He holds distinctive experiences as business executive at “one-to-ten” growth stage, with 15+ years of demonstrated management capabilities of building strategy, business execution, rebranding, sustainability, human resources and budget management, as well as IR & PR communications. Prior to joining YCP, he served at Japanese startups, such as Spiber, Lifenet Insurance, TOOT, RareJob. He started his career at McKinsey & Company.
